Just a few minutes from Ponte Vecchio in Florence, in the chef's house, you will participate in a practical cooking lesson to create three different types of tiramisu, the appreciated Italian dessert.
This experience for small groups, with only 12 people, also includes a Tuscan lunch and access to recipes online.
Start your cooking experience in the heart of Florence, near the Ponte Vecchio and the Boboli gardens.
In the air-conditioned house of the chef you can sit down with your group and enjoy a real Tuscan lunch, with fresh, seasonal and local produce. The dishes can include focaccia with olive oil and local cheese (pecorino or stracchino), served with roasted vegetables and a typical creamy risotto, naturally all based on organic products.
To satisfy your palate, you can then try three different types of tiramisu and chat with the chef about the famous Italian dessert.
