During our Florence chocolate tour, we will discover procedures and "secrets" of the Birth of chocolate in a compelling journey that starts from hot cocoa seeds freshly cooked, then processed into Cocoa granules, cocoa mass after refining and finally in hot chocolate With which different products are created.
For all the participants who want to stay for dinner, there will be the possibility to taste a special menu designed to delight the diners following the recipes of our fantastic chef Vary.
Our tour will start from Piazza Santa Maria Novella, facing the wonderful church, the first step will be where hot chocolate was first served in Florence, you'll love it, also the Medici did it, you'll discover interesting news about the chocolate, as that for centuries none eaten it, but it was only drunk. After you'll enjoy this hot & delicious drink we'll start a walk along the fascinating alleys and roads of Florence, then we will "jump" across the Arno river with a stop on a bridge for amazing pics of Ponte Vecchio, following the chocolate traces we will reach one of the best Gelateria of the city, where you will taste the perfect marriage of the gelato with the chocolate. The gelateria is located in the Oltrarno, where you breathe a different, lovely genuine atmosphere. How can you do a chocolate tour without a tasting of pralines with unusual ingredients mix with cocoa, you'll relax in a sophisticated atmosphere.

Your chef will take you into the world, little known but of great tradition, the cacao in Italian recipes.
Millet fillet accompanied by a sublime cocoa sauce and Chianti or exotic quail with a few flakes of truffle scented cocoa.
Ravioli whose silky brown paste contains soft mascarpone and Parmesan.
