You'll learn how to choose the best ingredients for your dishes, find out how to select only the natural foods that will feed you the best and keep you young and healthy.
Participants will attend the preparation of the dishes, have handouts and recipes and of course can enjoy all the dishes prepared during the course.
You will understand that preparing dishes without animal derivatives, good sweets, even without eggs, butter or milk, is not only possible but also healthy, tasty and fun! You will be exploring and experimenting with new recipes and rivisitandone of ancient.
We want to show you that even those who eat natural can change menus every day, experiencing delicious and healthy recipes, revisiting lost dishes in the memory of grandparents.

Small Group Cooking Class: Ricotta and Dumplings

While in Florence, learn to make fresh ricotta and gnocchi during a hands-on cooking class that ends with a festive lunch or dinner.
You'll also taste cheeses served with homemade marmalade, honey with truffle, and aged balsamic from Modena, all accompanied by a glass of wine.
Make your own way to meet your hosts in the old quarter of the artisans, just steps from Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio.
Your chef-instructor shows you how to prepare ricotta cheese, gnocchi, and one sauce from scratch, using only fresh simple ingredients.
You'll also taste cheeses accompanied by homemade jams and a glass of wine.
Then enjoy either a lunch or dinner (depending on your timing) that features the dishes you helped to create.
